After his graduation from high school Mag. Simon Pöschl focussed on his studies of law at Leopold-Franzens-University of Innsbruck.
During studies Mag. Pöschl obtained an engagement as research assistant at the Institute for European an International Public Law at the University of Innsbruck where he participated at an international project which led him several times to conferences and research visits in Latin America. In this time he focussed on European Law and the law of International Organisations.
After successfully finishing this project in summer 2008 Mag. Pöschl started the compulsory training at Austrian Courts in Innsbruck and Telfs. Afterwards he gained additional experience in regional administration (BH Innsbruck-Land), where he spezialised in real estate transfer law und real estate development law.
In October 2010 Mag. Pöschl started as lecturer at FH Kufstein (university of applied sciences), where he lectures with a focus on business and corporation law as well as on intellectual property law.
In January 2010 Mag. Pöschl finally joined Lawfirm AWZ Altenweisl Wallnöfer Watschinger Zimmermann Rechtsanwälte GmbH as associate, in October 2012 he successfully passed the bar exam, since January 2014 he is admitted to the bar and contract partner at Lawfirm AWZ Altenweisl Wallnöfer Watschinger Zimmermann Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
