The recent past and the present are characterized by legislating nearly everything. Therefore, a lawyer has to gain further qualifications to be able to act as a competent consultant in legal affairs. This is my goal and what I’m pleased to do.

Mag. Michael Hofstätter started to study law and business law at the University of Innsbruck after graduating from high school (Handelsakademie Landeck) and completion of community service as alternative to military service at the Lebenshilfe Tirol.
Already during his studies Mag. Michael Hofstätter gained first legal experience as a trainee at court.
After his University graduation he completed the obligatory legal clerkship in Landeck and Innsbruck.
In December 2015 Mag. Michael Hofstätter joined the AWZ Altenweisl Wallnöfer Watschinger Zimmermann Rechtsanwälte GmbH as an associate.
